Raphaël CUFFOLO

Raphaël Cuffolo is a teacher-researcher in Management Sciences whose work focuses on consumer dynamics, cultural movements, and brand strategies. His research explores, among other topics, how communities appropriate the symbols of prestigious brands, as well as the reception and impact of public prevention campaigns on younger audiences.

Through the combination of academic expertise and field-based perspectives, he builds strong links between theory and practice, contributing directly to EKLYA’s pedagogical excellence and research development.

Laurent TEOULE-DOREY

Laurent Téoule-Dorey, aged 55, is currently a teacher-researcher at EKLYA School of Business in Lyon, France. He completed his Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) in October 2021 from the International School of Management in Paris, France. His research focuses on international business development, particularly for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), including fast-growing global new ventures and family-owned businesses.

Before pursuing his Doctorate of Business Administration, Laurent enjoyed a successful career in international sales and marketing within the business-to-business sector. His work took him around the globe, including a decade stationed in Northern Europe, where he collaborated with individuals and businesses from various nationalities and cultures. Recently, Laurent returned to France, where he founded a consulting agency that specializes in helping SMEs launch export initiatives. In addition to his consulting work, he part time teaches management to international postgraduate students and conducts research on the global expansion of SMEs, drawing on his extensive experience to enhance his academic contributions.

Sophie CRUZ

Permanent Teacher

As a full-time lecturer in management at EKLYA School of Business, Sophie Cruz has built a distinctive career combining academic expertise, managerial experience, and public engagement. After studying management, she held several operational positions in the private sector, giving her a dual expertise — both strategic and practical — within higher education.

Alongside her professional career, Sophie Cruz has been actively involved in local politics, serving as a municipal councilor. This commitment enabled her to lead initiatives promoting economic development, regional transformation, and stronger connections between businesses, institutions, and citizens.

At EKLYA, she shares her experience with students by teaching organizational management. She also supports future managers in developing their managerial and ethical skills, while emphasizing the collective and territorial dimensions of business education.
