2025
This January 2025, Laurent Teoule-Dorey just released his second management book, entitled “Born Global Firms: Global by Birth, Diverse by Essence, Challenged by Design”, available on Cambridge Scholars Publishing’s website
The 525-page book takes a practical approach, intentionally limiting in-depth analysis, to share real-life stories from those at the forefront of fast-growing international businesses for an audience of business executives and students. It features 50 diverse yet interconnected stories of entrepreneurs who view the world as their playground, sharing testimonials from born global firms across 33 countries, six continents, and 24 business verticals. Each chapter offers an academic perspective and multiple pathways to explore its content—whether by academic topics, individual contributions, development stages, unique business highlights, or sub-chapter abstracts.
It follows the completion of his first book, adapted from his doctoral dissertation, entitled “Sustainability of Born Global Firms: – how diversity matters“
Book
July 2025 – a non academical article entitled “Risk factors in the transmission of family businesses” (“Facteurs de risque à la transmission d’entreprises familiales”) was submitted for publication later in the year to a local business magazine, as part of EKLYA School of Business’ awarding of the Family Business Trophy.

Aligned with a project conducted by the EKLYA School of Business, a case study entitled “Cognitive Disabilities in Education – A small pioneering business school” was recently published by the International Journal of Pedagogical Innovation (Jun 2025, Vol. 10, No. 1) entitled “Designing an inclusive vocational training program: birth of a pioneering project in a French Business School“
