Our students in the Master’s programme in International Business Development recently took part in an international seminar in Leipzig, Germany.
Organised in collaboration with our academic partner Duale Hochschule Sachsen, this event combined strategic learning, intercultural exchanges and cultural discoveries in the heart of Europe.

An educational immersion at the heart of international development
This seminar in Leipzig is fully in line with the teaching approach of EKLYA School of Business, which focuses on practical experience and international openness. Over several days, students tackled strategic challenges in multicultural teams, working hand in hand with German students in a demanding professional environment.
- Franco-German collaboration
- Group case studies
- Business games and strategic simulations
- Cultural discovery of Leipzig, a city with a rich history and a dynamic economic scene
A format that develops key skills for future business developers
Thanks to this immersive seminar, students were able to strengthen essential skills for success in international business:
- Intercultural awareness: learning to collaborate with people from different backgrounds
- Language skills: practising English and/or German in a professional setting
- Strategic thinking and leadership: decision-making, project management and team management
- A concrete vision of international business: gaining a better understanding of the expectations of foreign markets and the logic of partnerships
A business school that opens borders
At EKLYA School of Business, we firmly believe that internationalising education is essential for developing agile, open-minded and high-performing graduates.
This type of student seminar enriches the academic experience and better prepares our future graduates for the real challenges of international development.
A big thank you to our partners at Duale Hochschule Sachsen for their hospitality, commitment and the quality of this educational collaboration.
