EKLYA Strengthens Its International Connections
EKLYA School of Business continues to expand its academic network internationally! We recently represented our institution during the 1st International Staff Week organized by Kadir Has University in Istanbul, Turkey.
Over three days, this event brought together 14 universities from around the world to exchange best practices in internationalization, student mobility, academic cooperation, and research.

A Rich Program Focused on Innovation and Collaboration
Held on the historic campus of Kadir Has University, this Staff Week fostered exchanges on strategic topics for higher education:
- Conferences led by the University President and Deans
- Collaborative workshops between institutions to share tools and experiences
- Open discussions on common challenges related to mobility, dual degrees, and cross-institution cooperation
- Cultural visits in Istanbul’s historic center to explore Turkey’s rich heritage and build intercultural connections
A Strong Partnership Between EKLYA and Kadir Has University
This visit continues an active partnership between EKLYA and Kadir Has University, initiated at the EAIE Fair in Barcelona in 2022. Since then, several student exchanges have taken place between our institutions, reinforcing our shared commitment to promoting international openness and academic mobility.
Participation in this Staff Week allowed us not only to strengthen our bilateral ties but also to expand our network to other universities engaged in similar cooperative initiatives.
A Global Presence for a Shared Ambition
Participating institutions included universities and business schools from around the world:
- Modern University for Business and Science (Lebanon)
- Universidad de Las Américas (Ecuador)
- International University of Rabat (Morocco)

An Open-Minded Approach at the Heart of EKLYA’s Mission
This experience in Istanbul perfectly illustrates EKLYA School of Business’s commitment to offering an internationally oriented education, supported by a growing network of academic partners and mobility programs for students.
At EKLYA, we believe internationalization is achieved as much through the exchange of ideas as through physical mobility. By confronting and sharing our perspectives, we build a school that is truly open to the world
