My second year study trip to Birmingham went very well.

I found my accommodation before departure on the Airbnb application, shared with someone from my class, and my integration in the city was very quick.

As soon as I arrived, I joined the Facebook group “Frenchies sur Birmingham” and met French people who put me in touch with locals. This allowed me to speak English quickly. I feel that my level of English has highly improved during these 2 months because I was not only hanging out with the French people in my class.

Moreover, Birmingham is very close to London, I was able to get there in less than an hour and for only £15. It was a wonderful experience that I had in this very welcoming university where the teachers and staff were very mindful of our needs.
