After two years of developing SIL3TEC all by myself, the need to pass down my skills and my commercial experience was obvious to further develop the company.

My daughter took part in a 2-year work-study program at EKLYA School of Business.  The diplomas she obtained enabled her to acquire commercial skills. Today she is working as a salesperson in a big corporate.

It was natural for me to make a partnership with EKLYA School of Business. I met the person in charge of Corporate Relations who paid attention to the needs of my company.

So I received three young candidates from EKLYA School of Business. Each with a very different but interesting profile. They had been selected in a very professional way.

Then, Camille has joined the company as a Sales person in a work-study program and I am satisfied with her involvement and her dynamism.

The work-study program is the solution for my company. For SIL3TEC it is a new impulse.
