An <strong>international academic publication<\/strong>, co-authored by <strong>Laurent T\u00e9oule-Dorey and S\u00e9bastien Arcos<\/strong>, examines the role played by institutional stakeholders, companies and funding partners in the design and implementation of this innovative programme supporting the <strong>professional inclusion of neurodiverse young Business campus in \u00c9cully, near Lyon, France<\/strong>, the EPCD programme has now also become a subject of academic research.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The study addresses a key question in the successful development of inclusive education: <strong>how can institutional stakeholders and funding partners contribute to the effective design, support and implementation of an educational programme promoting the professional inclusion of neurodiverse individuals?<\/strong><\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The research focuses on the programme developed by EKLYA to support young people, including students with <strong>Down syndrome and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)<\/strong>, in preparing for careers in the retail and distribution sectors.<\/p><p>The publication therefore provides an academic perspective on an initiative launched in <strong>\u00c9cully, within the Lyon metropolitan area<\/strong>, and examines the conditions required to turn a commitment to inclusion into a concrete educational and professional pathway.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ca9d86a titre_spe_2 elementor-widget class=\"isSelectedEnd\">One of the defining features of the EPCD programme is the mobilisation of a genuine <strong>ecosystem around its students<\/strong>.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The research examines the perceptions and expectations of the external stakeholders directly involved in the project, including <strong>administrative authorities, political stakeholders, educational institutions and partners, host companies and funding organisations<\/strong>.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">This cooperation is essential to address the different dimensions of an inclusive pathway: adapted teaching methods, programme funding, workplace immersion, individual student support and preparation for integration into the workplace.<\/p><p>The programme demonstrates that <strong>professional inclusion cannot depend on a single organisation<\/strong>.
