Noémie

Hi, my name is Noémie, I am 20 years old, and I am an ambassador for Hermès at Lyon Printemps in a work-study program.

What is your daily work?

I represent the Hermès brand in the perfumery and beauty sector in the exhibition at Lyon Printemps. I welcome customers, advise them and sell them the Hermès products.

What are the necessary skills?

I think you must be passionate about fragrances, and be able to talk about them to sell better. And you have to be customer friendly to advise them as best as possible.

What is your curriculum?

I obtained a Baccalaureate specialized in literature then a BTS (higher national diploma) in cosmetics & perfumeries during which I made two internships at Guerlain. And now I am studying the Bachelor Luxury Business program at EKLYA School of Business.

What do you like the most about your job?

I like to share my passion for fragrances to customers and make them dream.

I want them to leave the Hermès booth with a good impression of the brand, the fragrances but also of the advisors.
